e-SAATHI
e-SAATHI is an AI-driven chatbot that provides ANC/PNC related information for healthy pregnancy and birth outcomes. Easy to download through QR code placed at facilities, supports pregnant and post-partum women through care and nutritional advices.
This interactive tool is assisting frontline workers as well by improving the quality of conversations with pregnant women and new mothers. By bridging information gaps and providing real-time support, the e-SAATHI chatbot empowers users to make informed decisions, boosting the impact of grassroots interventions especially in remote and underserved communities.
This personalised and accessible support to mothers is designed in collaboration with Nivi, SBISR, C-NES and GoGS, with financial support from MSD for Mothers.
