MANZIL is a package of interventions, comprising vocational skills and apprenticeships for in-school girls, market-linked training and jobs/entrepreneurship intervention for out-of-school girls and activities for creating an enabling environment for girls’ school-/out-of-school-to-work transitions in selected blocks of five districts in Rajasthan, India. IPE Global is working with Manzil in collaboration with the Government of Rajasthan to focus on mapping aspirations of girls and linking them with the training opportunities and improve the quality of skill-based trainings. It aims to provide the right information to girls and helps them access decent work opportunities.
