The PopulationCouncil Consulting has established a sexual and reproductive health (SRH) surveillance with a cohort of women in the reproductive age-group of 15-49 years to understand their access to SRH services, decision-making power, and experience of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in the context of COVID-19 in three high migration districts of Bihar: Purnea, Nawada, and Gopalganj. In addition to the SRH surveillance system, the PC Consulting is also tracking the programmatic efforts of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) that complement the government’s efforts toward COVID-19 prevention and management and provision of SRH services.
